Property data and AI platform REalyse has shared mortgage brokers' most frequent chatbot searches since launching in April 2025.

“Since launching earlier this year, we have noticed a shift from our mortgage broker users with them asking our AI powered chatbot more and more complex questions,” said Irakli.
The platform brings together over 100 data sources, covering planning and policy, land information, achieved rents, market data, detailed comparables, demographics and others.
In response to broker requests, REalyse delivers up to 800 data points per property on over 27 million properties across the UK.
