Keystone launches proprietary AI-powered broker software

Keystone Property Finance has launched an in-house developed AI-powered software interface, designed to support broker applications.

This software is exclusive to Keystone and allows brokers to bulk upload up to 50 documents to its broker portal.

At this point, the system will automatically label and categorise them in seconds.

The software is designed to eliminate the need for doing these tasks manually, making the case application process more efficient, whilst also minimising the risk of any errors.

Documents across all major formats including identification, proof of income, tenancy agreements, and valuation reports are all compatible with the AI.

“This AI-powered software reflects Keystone’s forward-thinking approach to support the broker community via efforts to facilitate a more efficient case application process,” said Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance.

“By embracing the power of this innovative technology, and combined with our specialist lending knowledge, we can deliver on our aim of saving brokers time when placing cases, enabling them to increase productivity and reach quicker, positive outcomes for their landlord clients."
