Nottingham Building Society opens first branch in eight years

Nottingham Building Society has opened its first branch in eight years.

The new flagship branch is located on Clumber Street in Nottingham city centre, replacing the building society’s former site at Upper Parliament Street.

Nottingham Building Society has also launched a limited-edition savings product linked to Emmanuel House, a charity partner tackling homelessness.

Proceeds from this product will directly support the organisation’s community services.

The branch opening also showcases the building society’s rebrand that happened last year.

“While many institutions are scaling back physical presence, we remain committed to a modernised, member-focused branch network,” said Sue Hayes, CEO at Nottingham Building Society.

“The Clumber Street branch is the first to feature the society’s fully rebranded identity in a physical space, with further branch upgrades scheduled in the coming months as part of a network-wide refresh.”
