RAW Capital Partners has joined Paradigm’s lender panel.
With immediate effect, Paradigm member firms will be able to access the specialist BTL lender’s range of products.
This includes interest-only lending of terms from five to 10 years, on LTVs up to 65% with loan sizes ranging from £50,000 to £4m.
RAW Capital Partners offers mortgages to foreign nationals and non-UK residents who require finance on completed or near-completed residential property in the UK.
