United Trust Bank Mortgages (UTB Mortgages) has promoted Chris Pedlar, to head of sales, taking responsibility over the firm’s mortgages BDM team.
He will lead the delivery of the sales strategy across the bank’s specialist residential, BTL and second charge product ranges.
Chris joined UTB in 2017 and has around two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
Chris was also head of specialist distribution for the North of England at the firm and became an integral part of the senior sales management team.
In his new role, Chris will report to Caroline Mirakian, sales and marketing director for mortgages.
The Bank also recently announced new roles and promotions for Dave Burke, Mareeza Mitri, Fran Arnold, and Barry Luhmann.
