Foundation Home Loans has rehired David Wheatley (pictured above), to the business for its specialist BTL brand.
Joining Solutions by Foundation, David has been rehired as a regional account manager. However, according to a spokesperson for the company he will have “national responsibility”.
Solutions by Foundation is the specialist BTL brand of Foundation Home Loans, covering mixed-use properties, multiple properties under one title and complex HMOs.
David rejoins the company after an eight-month absence. He had previously worked at Foundation Home Loans as a regional account manager, leaving the firm in April 2024 for Streambank.
Prior to his initial period at Foundation Home Loans he was a personal banking manager at Nationwide Building Society.
Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation Home Loans, said he was delighted to welcome David back to the business.
“He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the specialist mortgage market but more importantly he comes back with a true understanding of our company values,” said Grant.
“As previously, he will be a real asset to all our intermediary partner firms accessing the range of products available within the ‘Solutions by Foundation’ brand.”
