The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has entered into a partnership with retrofitting specialists Domna.
The partnership will offer a service to help landlords improve EPC ratings, which the government is currently consulting on raising the minimum standard for.
NRLA members will be able to get various Domna services at a discount through this partnership.
For instance, ‘health check’ remote assessments will be available to NRLA members at £50, with this service usually costing £150.
A full energy efficiency survey will be available at £300 a unit for NRLA members, as opposed to the usual cost of £600.
Project management in general will be charged at 10% for NRLA members instead of the standard 15% rate.
“We are aware that many landlords are concerned with the government’s proposed changes to EPC deadlines,” said Ben Beadle, CEO of the NRLA. “Our partnership with Domna offers a practical approach for our members to stay ahead of the curve in an easy, cost-effective way.”
Anna Moore, CEO and co-founder of Domna, added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with the NRLA to provide its growing membership with access to a straightforward ‘one stop shop’ solution for energy efficiency.”
