Aldermore has introduced new limited edition BTL products in a bid to offer landlords more choice.
The bank’s new five-year fixed-rate offering at 75% LTV can be used by individual and company landlords with single and multi-property residential investment portfolios.
Aldermore’s proposition includes:
Single residential investment properties for individual and company landlords
five-year fix at 5.79%, up to 75% LTV, with zero fee
five-year fix at 5.49%, up to 75% LTV, with 1.5% fee
five-year fix at 4.79%, up to 75% LTV, with 5% fee
Multi-property residential investment portfolios for individual and company landlords
five-year fix at 5.69%, up to 75% LTV, with zero fee
five-year fix at 5.39%, up to 75% LTV, with 1.5% fee
five-year fix at 4.69%, up to 75% LTV, with 5% fee
