The NRLA has unveiled a new e-learning platform, aimed at offering an enhanced user experience for landlord members.
Following feedback from users, the association has made improvements to the training dashboard — such as enhancing device compatibility and offering offline content support — to make it more accessible and easier to use.
The NRLA’s Training Academy offers over 21 e-learning courses for landlords and letting agents.
In the last 12 months, more than 7,000 people have completed a NRLA e-learning course.
To celebrate the launch of the new e-learning platform, members will have access to the NRLA’s tenancy deposits e-learning courses for free for one month — non-members will also be able to access the course for £10.
Kitty Ellison, head of business development and training at the NRLA, said: “We are constantly looking to innovate and improve our training offering for our members.
“We are very excited to launch our brand-new e-learning platform and we are working hard in the background to give our courses a facelift too, along with providing new content and resources.
“We have seen a steady rise in the popularity of our e-learning offering over the past year, and we hope investing in our new platform will enhance the learning experience for users.
“Everyone has different learning styles, so we would also encourage members who perhaps have never completed one of our e-learning courses before to try out the new platform by booking our free taster course.”
