BTL lender Landbay has appointed Sam Waterhouse (pictured above) as its new BDM for the Midlands.
Sam will take over Landbay’s key business relationships with intermediaries and other key partners in the Midlands, focusing on supporting continued growth.
Having spent almost 12 years as a BTL mortgage underwriter at Paragon Banking Group PLC, Sam brings valuable experience to Landbay.
His detailed knowledge of specialist underwriting will give confidence to intermediaries as he moves into his new business development role.
