LendInvest Mortgages has launched a redesigned and updated portal now including the lender’s BTL mortgages, with the aim of providing brokers with a one-stop-shop for all Lendinvest Mortgages products.
Brokers can now access all residential, BTL and bridging products within the same portal; offering instant credit-backed DIPs — the portal is also aimed at improving the application and end-to-end case management experience for brokers with deals across multiple products.
The portal is also designed allow BTL customers to find updates and take steps to progress a deal five times faster.
