ModaMortgages, the specialist BTL lender, has welcomed Scott Phillips as its new head of sales alongside Becki Fraser-Tucker and Bec Murray as BDMs.
Launching in the coming months, ModaMortgages is a new intermediary-only BTL mortgage provider from Chetwood Financial.
As head of sales, Scott will oversee the lender’s field-based team of BDMs.
He has 25 years of experience in financial services, including roles as a national account manager at Vida Homeloans, Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), and OneSavings Bank (OSB).
Becki has similarly worked across a range of national account manager and BDM positions, including roles with OSB, Bank of Ireland, and HTB.
Bec previously spent over 16 years with HSBC, firstly as a mortgage and protection adviser before progressing to area mortgage manager responsible for advisers and advice.
The two will manage broker relationships across the UK, and assist Phillips in growing the BDM team.
Commenting on his appointment, Scott said: “I am thrilled to join ModaMortgages.
“There is a clear sense that we are at the start of something very exciting, and our no-nonsense approach to BTL lending is exactly what the broker market is crying out for.
“Having Becki and Bec join the team at the same time is also a real coup.
