Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Serena Grewal (pictured above) as a BDM for the city of London within its specialist mortgages division.
In her new role, Serena will engage with both new and existing broker networks within the city of London, and will report to the bank’s sales director for specialist mortgages Andrea Glasgow.
She joins HTB from Quantum Mortgages, where she served as a key account manager for the South.
Prior to this, she held mortgage-related roles at various financial institutions, including Santander, Post Office Money, and NatWest, where she gained a wealth of experience in handling complex BTL cases involving foreign nationals, limited company and SPV lending, and semi-commercial properties.
Serena commented: "It is an exciting time to join HTB, and I am looking forward to working with the exceptional colleagues in the team and alongside Andrea, a fantastic role model within the industry.”
