Aldermore to reintroduce BTL mortgages

Aldermore will reintroduce its BTL mortgages on Friday 21st July for both new and existing customers.



The new products listed below also feature a new BTL offering of five-year fixed rates, with a 3% fee at up to 75% LTV.

For individual landlords with single residential investment properties:

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.23% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.39% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed rate with 3% fee, 6.79% to 75% LTV

 

For company landlords with single residential investment properties:

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.23% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.39% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed with 3% fee, 6.79% to 75% LTV

 

For individuals, companies, HMO and multi-unit freehold (up to six bedrooms/units):

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.73% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.59% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.59% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 7.49% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.89% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed with 3% fee, 7.29% to 75% LTV

 

Multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties:

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.13% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.29% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed with 3% fee, 6.69% to 75% LTV

 

Multi property for individuals, companies, HMO and multi-unit freehold (up to six bedrooms/units):

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.73% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.49% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.49% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.79% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed with 3% fee, 7.19% to 75% LTV

 

Large loan HMOs and multi-unit freeholds (7-12 bedrooms/7-20 units):

  • two-year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.73% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.69% to 75% LTV 
  • five-year fixed with 1.5% fee, 7.69% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed with zero fee, 7.99% to 75% LTV
  • new five-year fixed with 3% fee, 7.39% to 75% LTV

 

For the following existing customers across product switch ranges, all offerings are fee free.

For individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties:

  • two-year discounted, 6.23% to 85% LTV 
  • two-year fixed, 7.29% to 75% LTV
  • two-year fixed, 7.54% to 85% LTV
  • five-year fixed, 7.19% to 75% LTV
  • five-year fixed, 7.44% to 85% LTV

 

For HMO and multi-unit freeholds (up to six bedrooms/units) there is a two-year fixed offering at 7.79% and a five-year fixed product at 7.69%, both up to 80% LTV.
