Aldermore unveils limited edition five-year BTL range

Individual and company landlords with single residential properties can access these products from 5.44%.

Fees range from zero to 5% on these products, all available up to 75% LTV.

Individual and company landlords with multiple residential properties can access these products from 4.69%.

Fees also range on these mortgages from zero to 5%, with the 5.64% product carrying a £1,999 fee.

These are also all available up to 75% LTV.

The new range is targeted at new customers and available with immediate effect.
