The bank decided to create this specific team in response to substantial broker demand in the area, in order for the firm to build even stronger relationships with intermediaries.
Chloe brings several years of experience to the role — prior to joining HTB, she worked as a finance specialist at SPF Private Clients, where she honed her skills in mortgage advice and structuring complex deals.
Commenting on her appointment, Chloe said she was thrilled to join HTB.
“My background as a mortgage adviser has given me valuable insight into the importance of the BDM role and how strong relationships with brokers can help get deals over the line,” she added.
“HTB’s reputation for finding solutions, even when there are complex elements to a case, really attracted me to the role.
“I’m excited to be a part of this team and bring our common-sense, can-do approach to more brokers and borrowers.”
